A collaboration with Scott Pickett’s restaurant Matilda 159 that paired food and music to create a innovative, audio-gastronomic dining experience. A multi-sensory journey consisting of an eight course set menu, five fabulous wines, and live music written to accompany each dish. Took place on October 16th 2019.
